Comments:

Eggplant rinds contain Bismuth

Tomatoes give me a tan, alternatively mix Milk Thistle capsule contents or Caper Bush capsule contents into orange juice which mimics the tomato tan when drunk

beer equals Bismuth plus incidental leadlithium from pipes due to acid water content in cities plus water which is H2O which is two hydrogens plus an oxygen

Vanilla bean incense makes one go but warning increases lice, raccoons, people mouth cells, (translation: fluorite increase in colon)

Titanium dioxide TiO2 rutile lipgloss soap mari-juana aspirin birch bark are all upper body cleansers (cleans one of cement aluminum bauxite), but the deer like birch bark so cut back

Baking soda contains carbon fat molecules which make you poop Na2C (sodium bicarbonate) two teaspoons in some water like a glass of tastes terrible but it works

Cocaine plus strychnine plus chlorine Cl indicates rat poison usually called warfarin by some also used medicinally for heart clogs of plaque, strychnine indicates poop, cocaine is similar to fluorite (makes one’s teeth whiter) but again, too much fluorite makes the colon overactive plus attracts lice…(hint: fluorescence indicates fluoride) Chlorine kills frogs.

Iron comes in many forms: pyrite, marcasite, B12, copal amber, copal amber beads

Manganese can be found in peanuts in the shell unsalted mostly

carbon C can also be found in olive oil, fish oil, safflower oil, corn oil

The Spleen also controls neurons, nerve cells…If damaged add copper…ie: like if you were hit by a car & your teeth feel loose)

Lice like: Sulfur Su (sugar), Fluorite Fl (toothpaste), leadlithium Ld Plomb Li (pipes plumbers), Aluminum Al Potassium K Cement Bauxite (construction sites)

Lice don’t like: Se Selenium (garlic), Bi Bismuth (Beer, eggplant rinds), Zinc Zn (zinc lozenges, Nicorette things), Ti Titanium (aspirin, mari-juana, titanium dioxide in lemon soaps, SPF products with Ti2O, titanium dioxide containing lipglosses

organs involved with lice: In order (mimicking order of two previous paragraphs): Pancreas, Colon, Thyroid gland (controls bones), Lymph Nodes Lungs Feet (soles of feet, breathing)

Advice for those trying to rid themselves of lice: Place peeled garlic cloves in safe known places around house, pierce garlic cloves with chopstick & wear to sleep around neck, waist, wrist etc. , eat raw peeled garlic cloves with greek yogurt (only enough plain white yogurt to minimize burn)…For adults mainly, raw garlic can burn a child. (though lice may be worse than a burn). Drink a beer, an expensive one…Chew a Nicorette lozenge or high quality fresh Zinc lozenge…Take an aspirin…feel free to improvise products that contain the correct ingredients if in your country you cannot get the pre-prepared products I mention…(Note: Pepto Bismol contains Bismuth, aspirin, & magnesium- the magnesium component is fine since it kills mercury (which is caused by car exhaust, plane exhaust-poop burnt is mercury- the magnesium will clear your gallbladder too- added bonus…Drink liberally…Then all you need is the zinc lozenge, & the ray garlic peeled…this is still to Kill lice…)

Rethought: Lice & humans are very similar in terms of DNA structure…To regrow lost limbs, you must actually use the same chemicals as the ones that lice LIKE…(ethical considerations are that lice are people too, so maybe you shouldn’t kill them but let them kill you- joke, lol)…

You can simulate skin by using lice, or creating your own in a lab by using the chemicals I mentioned that they LIKE…(you may need a real started cell of skin to get them started in mimicking skin cell structures though- warning: gross…)

Ok, true answer, better answer: Take a veterinarian’s glove, a long see thru one…Fill with fluorite beads, lepidolite beads, sulfur beads, potassium beads… Put glove on as if it were a hand…For greater complexity of movement, string beads on a softflex wire (plastic 0.014 mm available at Earth Rocks down the street from Honest Ed’s (south of, west side)…Alternate beads for greatest variety of colour… 1, 2, 3, 4, … purple, pink, yellow, orange … For electronic movement one can switch the wire to a copper wire grounded with a yellow plastic coating microscopically thin… All inside the extra long vet’s clear glove… There is enough ambient electricity in the world right now that no other motors need be attached… Paint glove with thin transparent white but see through buttermilk paint… For movement of hand or fingers add bluetooth… Commands can be pre-programmed, then bluetoothed to the bluetooth receiver in the hand… & so on… p.s. or eat alot of bananas, hang out at Story Book farm with the primates, & let God grow you a hand naturally…be sure to bring extra bananas for the monkeys! (Monkeys have good hands…) (p.s. bananas contain all 4 items you need for a hand- potassium orange, fluorite purple veins, lepidolite lithium lead pink for flesh muscle, & yellow sulfur for skin colour texture)…Or move to Guatemala where bananas are aplenty…Though you may live a hand to mouth existence there (just joking lol)…Manual labour is highly over-rated though satisfying at times, for some…

Note:

In picture, Sulphur beads & Potassium beads are mentioned…Potassium beads can be called “Feldspar” & are easily available…Moonstone is a potassium feldspar bead…

Instead of yellow glass sulfur(sugar) beads, one can substitute Copal Amber beads(orange or brown) which contain B12 & are easily available on ebay or etsy or elsewhere…

The 4 bead types you are going to use to make your artificial limb are chosen for the reason that they really are what a limb is made of & are alive…The rock or bead has life…Alternating the rock bead as you string them on the wire will give that life complexity…This can also be done for other limbs, just bead in different shapes…A leather string cord gauntlet holds it onto the limb that is missing the parts…Add the gauntlet after beading…The beads will translate feeling to the original limb via electronic currents occurring naturally in Nature…Fluorite, Lepidolite, Moonstone, Copal Amber- these are the 4 bead types…

p.s. a Dolomite rock placed in your bath water will clean the mercury from your bathwater…Dolomite is magnesium… (your gallbladder contains both mercury & magnesium naturally)…(they are opposites)…

*leadbone (lead is lithium on a lesser level, bone is lead on a harder level) , zinc nicorette lozenges cherry: the thyroid gland contains both lead & zinc naturally, in a balanced harmony. Too much zinc causes the hiccups…5 Nicorette lozenges equals about one Du Maurier cigarette, so that is how many you have to chew or suck upon to equal the craving of one cigarette…

Now on to the Liver organ(which may remind you of the tongue in the mouth in shape & texture) :

Liv-Er (liver) contains these two opposing forces (described in three examples each): alcohol, water, hydrogen H 1,- or- Milk Thistle, Oxygen O, Leafs From a Tomato (who get alot of Oxygen),

the mold has sugar in it (sulfur Su)!

Lead is in beer plus Bismuth & water (hydrogen)

Liver controls BLOOD:

“The liver is the cock’s comb”: Arshile Gorky painting title (correction from earlier I wrote Wassily Kandinsky by accident,)

Holes in your body cause loss of pressure for your Liver who is pumping Blood, that is called Hepatitis…The common cold is caused by holes in your liver…Acid rain water causes holes in your liver sometimes…Acid water is caused by water that has been used already, say to cool a computer, or your girlfriend bathed in it…Used water has less oxygen in it than fresh water…Used water is Flatter…When you drink alot of water or alcohol or Hydrogen H 1, you can sometimes make holes in your liver…Patch up those holes by adding THE OPPOSITE thing that lives in your Liver & your liver likes- Oxygen…Oxygen O is opposite to Hydrogen H 1…Oxygen is found in Milk thistle silymarin, caper bush, Oxygen is found in most air though country air tends to have more oxygen than city air because it is less used too…The leafs from a tomato contain alot of Oxygen O, so they put that into capsules chopped up inside, & call that milk thistle…But you can chop your own tomato leafs & eat them raw too…Not the tomato if you have holes in your liver- just the green part…The tomato has hydrogen acids in it which can hurt your liver further…On the other hand if you get alot of Oxygen because you are a downhill skiier, then maybe you need to eat just the tomato part for the Hydrogen, the alcohol, the water…( a ripe tomato will ferment quickly)…

Next are the Kidneys which contain Carbon & Nitrogen naturally in harmony both: carbon can be found in cooking oil like olive oil, & a tablespoon of that put in your mouth & swallowed will help lubricate the kidneys…Nitrogen is found in green vegetables mostly & the fibre in the vegetables, especially the green ones will help rebuild torn or damaged renal tubes- renal is just another word to describe the kidney’s system…Too much oil & you lower your blood pressure & can get arthritis (like over-lubricating a pair of metal pieces joined together & the two parts just fall off)…Too much fibre from vegetables can form like a straw-like consistency like a nest in your kidneys & oh it just just blocks up the whole river like a dam, instead of just forging the river like a dainty bridge…

Right now people & cats are getting too much straw in their food, so mostly just drinking a chug of cooking oil, safflower is good too, or putting a handful of that oil on the fur of your cat will help them to lick it off while cleaning their fur & then poop out the straw fibre part of the vegetable (which isn’t even really the Nitrogen Ni part anyway)…(Chlorophyll is the really good part of green vegetables, but corn has it too a little- corn has more niacin which needs heat to be absorbed, but I am besides the point)…

Pancreas: sugar (Su Sulfur) plus garlic Se Selenite live together in the Pancreas, two things, opposites, but friends…

Lead paint doesn’t fluoresce…Titanium paint does…Painters switched to Titanium white paint in the 20th Century…A forged painting might fluoresce under ultra violet light because the forger used Titanium white paint…By banning lead white paint across the board, we could catch all new forgeries of old art…We could also eradicate lead poisoning from bad paint…

A company called GrassRoots in Toronto allows one to refill shampoo bottles with their brand new shampoo…You bring in your empties, & fill it there…Right now they have clarifying shampoo…(see ecologicaleconomical.com for clarifying shampoo with rosemary ingredients & details…)

I dug up an older C.V. document because it had some neat things in it: here they are…

A. how to get to Mars & when to go…take a GoodYear blimp style spaceship, travel real slow, during Ides of march when Mercury is retrograde…(go towards North East from Earth) Note: The idea is to do SLOW travel…

B. how to fold the space-time continuum…cross right arm over left, cross right leg over left, hold position, this is called ‘OZ’, open arms & legs to open position, this is called ‘Nicht’ , recross left arm over right arm then recross left leg over right leg, this is called ‘ Eins’ , hold position , this also called ‘Eins’ …use mnemonic Oz Nicht Eins Eins to remember how, say the words out loud as you fold…go slow & hold final position until you feel space-time have folded themselves… Note: This is if you feel that there is a gap or rift in your space…

C.how chimpanzees have shown us that coffee prevents aids…long story…starts with Chek- hov on Star Trek, then Montreal rescued Chimpanzees who paint at Atlantisia Gallery, moves to Lettieri & Kopi Luwak coffee article… Note: coffee & progesterone live in the adrenal glands in a happy balance…Too much progesterone is bad, too much coffee is bad…Too much progesterone causes adrenal gland failure (aids)…Progesterone is found in birth control pills patches injections…Too much coffee causes a form of insanity…Also bad breath & yellow teeth…herbal progesterone can curb sexual desire without causing adrenal malfunction- a way to stay celibate if you need to…Herbal progesterone is found in the herb called Vitex, or Vitus Agnus castus (full name)…A safer choice for university students who have sexual nymph problems…The monks used to take it…Anything stronger causes adrenal gland problems, gender dysphoria, & auto-immune disorders, as well as ovarian & other cancers…Coffee is not the only solution to get this stuff out, but it is not a bad choice…A better way to rid your adrenals of progesterone is periwinkle, madagascar periwinkle to be exact…Drink as a tea & stop before you push the seesaw to the other side…

The beginning of Time…Part1:1)dark space, not scary 2)tiny pieces of whitelike particles 3)some are heavier than others 4)a corner in space . like a fold 5)the particles gather in the corner , heavier at the bottom , lighter on top 6)at a critical mass, the pile becomes a sur- face, & the next particle to arrive bounces 7)because the bounce is coming from a corner in space, the particle bounces in a curve , forming eventually a spiral 8) this may be called a Fibonacci spiral 9)this spiral forms the basis for all mature elements in our planetary sys- tem , like planets &…10)the Milky Way is an example of an early spiral ..

Part2: (from that spiral in part 1 ) A large blob now exists in space…consisting of many planets stuck together…one by one they fall off the large blob & enter orbit…this is our solar system…(the sun is the last part of the blob , the centre…)

CD , “ Avalanche Buffalo “ , “ SnowGrove “ , “ MogulGrove “ , “ How to Paint a Painting “ “ Happy Valentine’s Day Husband “ …arranged & performed by Sari Grove , sample at <http://www.last.fm/music/grovecanada/> LastFm GroveCanada page

F. Sculpture Bronze of Abstract Blowfish , with intention to full size sculpture outdoors that can be climbed up & sat upon (materials change being examined) …(later, rope ladders al- lowed)… possibly prototype for multiples all across Canada …(later, temporary tent mate- rial roof can be added for rain shelter)…possible one person dwelling…(room made for lying down)..

Ok, back to new ideas:

From my notes:

Radioactive iodine indicates chemotherapy-titanium fluoresces-chemotherapy-fluorite (colon) versus bismuth- fruit fluoresces *fish

*Dolomite rock-cleans water

*Vanilla bean-incense-air-titanium-anti-cancer-vegetables-Nitrogen? (probably some carbon too, but not as much)…

Too much radiation (from bright lights flashing, or sitting in an airplane flying)

Too much-chemotherapy

too much marijuana

CAUSES EPILEPSY!!! Treat with the OPPPOSITE chemical in the lymph nodes & lungs which is actually ALUMINUM (or potassium works too but less)…This will also treat Alzheimer’s disease which is related to epilepsy…(Translation: an easy way to get aluminum into your lymph nodes & lungs is by applying alot of anti-perspirant like Dove Clinical or the other “Clinical” antis, which contain lots of aluminum…(don’t do this if you have tuberculosis or lung problems cause that means you have TOO much aluminum already & need to do the opposite- which is increase your titanium…(madagascar periwinkle contains titanium, so do “rutile” beads, so do spf creams, so do expensive soaps (I like Punch Studios lemon soap, so do lemons btw)…Things that fluoresce tend to contain titanium…(but remember, if your brain is LEAKY, you need aluminum not titanium…Bananas have potassium which is like aluminum…)

If you Google PPI, you will read countless articles of how british banks have been forced to reimburse billions of dollars in missold PPI…Here’s one…

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1256687/Banks-forced-pay-4bn-mis-sold-insurance-scam.html Banks being forced to pay back all money on missold PPI Payment protection insurance called CPI or credit protection insurance in Canada…(TD Visa calls it balance protection insurance or BPI)…

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Payment_protection_insurance a bit about this scam…Even wikipedia thinks it is a scam!

From Canada’s Insurance Act:

“1. For the purposes of the definition of “unfair or deceptive act or practice” in section 438 of the Act, each of the following actions is prescribed as an unfair or deceptive act or practice:”

“4. Any illustration, circular, memorandum or statement that misrepresents, or by omission is so incomplete that it misrepresents, terms, benefits or advantages of any policy or contract of insurance issued or to be issued.”

“Non-disclosure by insurer

185. Where an insurer fails to disclose or misrepresents a fact material to the insurance, the contract is voidable by the insured, but, in the absence of fraud, the contract is not by reason of such failure or misrepresentation voidable after the contract has been in effect for two years. R.S.O. 1990, c. I.8, s. 185.” (ed. note: it is fraud when millions of policies are sold to people who are excluded from ever making a claim…It is not fraud if one person forgot to mention one exclusion, once…It is fraud if the bank knew that not telling exclusions would sell more useless policies…In England, the States & now Canada, it is being shown that fraud was an element in sales of balance protection insurance…)(Do you really think they just forgot to mention the exclusions???)

“Policy issued where no signed application

(2) If no signed written application is received by the insurer prior to the issue of the policy, the insurer shall deliver or mail to the insured named in the policy, or to the agent for delivery or mailing to the insured, a form of application to be completed and signed by the insured and returned to the insurer.” (ed.note: Nobody was given anything to sign- despite the fact that the bank states falsely that they didn’t have to- it is actually written into the Insurance Act that something must be signed…)

Reasons you can claim your money back: “Were you told about any exclusions under the policy – e.g. the exclusion that says you won’t be covered for any pre-existing medical condition?”

More reasons:

“Self-employed, unemployed or retired?

If you were unemployed or retired, check if the policy included unemployment cover. If it did, the unemployment cover’s worthless – this should’ve been pointed out.

If you were self-employed, check whether you were eligible for a payout if your business went bust (usually not) – if not, and it wasn’t pointed out, you may have a case.

Does this apply to you? Expand the full mis-sold unemployment cover briefing”…(this is on a how to get your money back site)…

More reasons you should get a refund on TD Visa balance protection insurance: “

It’s likely you were mis-sold if either:

A. You made the salesperson aware of your situation and they suggested you get it anyway.

B. You weren’t asked about your employment status at all.”

“

There are many instances which could lead to you payment protection policy being mis-sold:

The policy didnt cover the term of your finance

You werent asked about pre existing medical conditions

You werent made aware that the payment protection insurance was optional

Self employed people werent covered

Your quote was provided on a “fully protected” basis”…

TD Visa sold me balance protection insurance despite the fact that I am self-employed…Self-employed people are excluded…Was I asked whether I was self-employed? No…Was I told self-employed people were excluded? No…Do I deserve a refund? Yes…In fact, the OLHI recommends that I get a refund because the insurance policy sold by Td Insurance was missold… Has Td Canada Trust given me a refund? No…Despite the fact that all governing bodies in Canada agree that I deserve a refund because this policy was missold, TD Canada Trust insists that they have done no wrong…As such, since they have made no admission of mistake, no guilt feelings about this, & obviously no feelings or actions towards repentance in the form of a refund, I have alerted & complained to all Financial & Insurance watchdogs in Canada, as well as to the media & social networks, & several lawyers…I expect TD Canada Trust bank in particular will be severely punished financially as well as suffering severe loss of business for the infractions… They have violated the laws of Canada…They have also violated laws of human decency & ethic…

How ironic that this dispute has been going on while Occupy Toronto, Occupy Wall Street, & other Occupy movements protest the banks’ exploitation of the people…How ironic…But it appears that they barely looked out the window of their high towers while counting their ill-begotten gains…

Codes may make things faster & easier for some, but for others it just gums up your brain with useless information that is altogether irrelevant outside the land of the cash register…

Muslim

Ok, those two dates are meaningful…

Ramadan is a month long thing…It is broken up into chunks of 10 days…The 10 day chunking is called Ashra or Ashara…So each ten day portion of Ramadan is called , like the first Ashra, the second Ashra & then the third Ashra- total one month…During Ashra, maybe they scar the forehead of their young son…That is to commemorate a saint of theirs that died…Like a martyr…When you see men from Afghanistan or Iran or somewhere like that with a big scar on their forehead, that is because of that…It is a Shiite Muslim thing…To honour the martyr person…

Now, they like to break things into threes, just like Christians do…

So let’s look at those dates…

Ramadan in 2001, was November 17th… The big attack was September 11, 2011…That is two months before Ramadan in that year…So you figure, they decided to kill a bunch of people for a month, wash up & clean up for a month, then do their religious festival of Ramadan for a month…All tidy & such…

Funny thing this year 2011…Ramadan began this year in Canada on August 1, 2011…

In June is when someone on purpose killed three different raccoons with their car…A daddy, a mommy & a little boy raccoon…June…It was awful & weird…Why was it weird? because it felt like someone hit them with their car on purpose…Three raccoons, but three different times & three different locations…That is alot for one week in June, 2011…

Now, that was exactly two months before Ramadan that I noticed weird things happening in Toronto…

So, now that I look at the calendar, I can see, that exactly two months before ramadan is when they decide to kill things…Clean up for the month of July…Then religion for the month of August…

Based on this we can predict when the next time radical nutty kooky mean (Not all, just the mean ones), will be killing again…Just look at when Ramadan is, then go back two months…That is when killing will happen…Maybe we can restrain them next year? Let’s be prepared…

Ok, here’s the calendar for the next few years: based on this we can say that…In 2012, they will kill things in May (is it 6 days before ?)- so maybe May 14… In 2013, they will kill stuff in May-but maybe closer to May 3…In 2014, they plan maybe to kill stuff in April 23rd?… & in 2015, maybe they are going to wreak havoc in April 12th?…(I’m going two months back from ramadan, then minus 6 days in the calendar day part, based on 9/11 was two months before ramadan & 6 days minus ’cause it was Nov. 17th in 2001…)

My complaint, though individual, is a systemic flaw in the banking system, as it ties to their selling of insurance products using the credit card as a debit system…I am asking here for a systemic review of this flaw, a ban of this product, & compensation to all those who have been sold this product…The product is called credit protection insurance or balance protection insurance…I still seek a refund from TD Bank, but I also seek redress for all other consumers who have been sold balance protection insurance in the form of a mass refund on this product by any banking institutions who have sold credit card insurance since it came to Canada in 2001…

“One of the reasons for RBC’s withdrawal from OBSI is said to be the OBSI board’s new terms of reference, which allow it to identify systemic problems and recommend compensation for all customers who are affected, rather than just the complainant. Sort of sounds like the type of claims resolution process a judge might note favourably when considering the most efficient way to deal with class action type complaints, doesn’t it?”

Here are two letters apropos of my case particulars:

1)I was sold an insurance product over the phone…I am self-employed…The product excludes self-employed persons from making a claim for the greater part of the policy…Had I known self-employed people were excluded, I would not have said yes over the phone…I am seeking a refund based on the fact that material facts about the insurance were not disclosed to me during the sales process…The product is called balance protection insurance & it was debited from my Td Visa card…I noticed in England & the States that customers are getting refunds based on this exact fact- product mis-sold to non-qualifying clients…Are the laws or ethics here in Canada sufficient at this moment to get me a refund? If not, will there be laws or rules put into place concerning this? Thank you for your time, Sari Grove grove@sent.com

2)Credit Balance Insurance has been proven in other countries to be a total scam & has been banned in its entirety in England & Class Action lawsuits in the States have all rewarded monies back to consumers who bought this bad faith product…
70% of people who have credit protection insurance don’t even know they have it…95% of claims are refused due to the fine print exclusions…
Much of the profits on credit protection insurance comes from selling this product to those who cannot ever make a claim: self-employed, disabled, retired, seasonal or part-time workers, unemployed or those not employed when they said yes over the phone…
It costs a bank 2 million per year to run this scam, yet they take 20 million a year on it…
The FCAC should warn consumers of the dangers of this insurance, should tell those that bought it to cancel, & to penalize all banks that have ever sold this fraudulent bad faith insurance product since it came to Canada in 2001…
More law breaking things: Credit Insurance is sold over the phone when you activate your credit card…This is called Tie-in selling…A no-no…
Negative option billing is another no-no…You say yes over the phone with significant material facts about the insurance exclusions not being mentioned…Once you say yes, you are signed up…Later, they send you something in writing, with the exclusions in the fine print…If you get the document, & actually read it, & then read the exclusions & are smart enough to call & to cancel, that is your only way out…This is called negative option billing…(What is supposed to happen is you are told the exclusions before you are signed up…)
The mere fact that excluded people are sold this policy is enough to make it a willful fraud on the part of the bank…
The FCAC needs to tell Canadians about this…Also, all people who have ever owned credit protection insurance in Canada since 2001 need to get their money back…A severe penalty against all banks involved by the FCAC is also in order…Unless the FCAC is in bed with the banks & insurance companies…Then the rot will just spread…

The first letter went to the OHLI…The second letter went to the FCAC…

Again, I am asking for OBSI to identify balance protection insurance as a systemic problem, & for OBSI to recommend compensation for all customers who are affected, rather than just me, the complainant…
This of course would be instead of pursuing a class action lawsuit…
I have received three final letters from three different levels of TD Bank’s hierarchy or partners, one from a lower level Td Insurance manager named Indra Satram, one from a higher level insurance customer service vice-president named Michael Brunette, & one from the underwriter from ABLAC/Assurant Solutions named Michael Castonguay…(Of note, none of these people are actually licensed insurance agents, which I find amusing, since all three letters purport to indicate that TD bank has followed correct business practice when administering balance protection insurance sales over the phone using tie-in selling, negative option billing, & mis-selling to excluded clients who could not ever make a claim…)

My situation is not unique & as such I am asking OBSI to look into compensating ALL clients who were sold balance protection insurance in Canada, as opposed to dealing with just me…
I feel it would be wrong for me to continue with the various ombudservices, if they are only just looking at my case…Especially since arbitration is not public, & others who have been wronged by bad faith insurance selling, willful fraud, & unfair business practices, will not be helped by a private resolution of my own problem…
I have already had people writing to me as response to my blog posts, asking for help concerning getting a refund…
One such woman got a refund because her son, a student, had balance protection insurance, could never qualify to make a claim…But that woman had guts & a fiery temper, especially when it concerned her son…I, myself do not have the same gusto, & so far have hit brick walls…I am sure I am not alone…
As a note: The Td ombudsprocess, both the TD Insurance ombudsman & the Td Bank ombudsman, has proved to be completely biased in favour of TD…Why anyone could think an internal employee could be impartial is beyond me?
Since Nov. 1st, 2011 is the deadline for OBSI to handle TD complaints, I am filing this on October 31st, 2011…
As such, this complaint should still legally be under the jurisdiction of the OBSI…
ADR Chambers does not have the same frame of reference as OBSI, & as such, I refuse to deal with them…My next step, if OBSI does not handle this complaint is to begin a Class Action lawsuit investigation…I do hope it does not come to that, as that kind of process should have been handled by OBSI, since that is what OBSI was set up to do…To help consumers avoid lawyers…Right?

Note: At the time of this writing, I have received one more final letter concerning my complaint…This is one more letter than I had received at the time of my previous complaint form to OBSI…So this is not just a repeat of my last complaint form, but a new complaint based on a third final letter that I had not received at the time of my last writing or speaking with OBSI over the phone…

In England, credit protection Insurance emerged first…Already, self-employed people are getting their money back…Why? because self-employed people were missold insurance that they don’t qualify for…It is that simple…

In the United States, Class Actions suits are being won right now, based on misssold policies…Again, the self-employed are on the list of those who can get all their money back…

I am self-employed…It is written on my credit card agreeement…Why was I sold a policy I cannot qualify for??? I deserve a refund…Nobody said anything during the phone solicitation about self-employed people being excluded…Hiding behind the fine print of a written document that is sent AFTER the client is signed up is not correct…Saying that the mentioning of job loss during the phone call is not sufficient to establish the client knew that self-employed people are excluded…Obviously I, as a self-employed person would never have agreed to something over the phone had I known that self-employed people were excluded…
